Shifty Referral Program Terms and Conditions (US)
Effective: June 25, 2025
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to Shifty’s Referral Program (the “Program”). By submitting a referral for a restaurant, by being referred, or by otherwise participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Shifty’s Privacy Policy at https://www.shiftyinc.com/privacy. The Program is valid only in the United States as specified below and cannot be combined with any other offers. Shifty employees, resellers of Shifty products or services, and Shifty partners with existing referral programs are not eligible to participate in this Program.
Referrer. Shifty will award a $150 Amazon gift card per location to any Referrer who refers a new customer in accordance with these Terms. To qualify as a "Referrer" you must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States. Individuals may not refer businesses that they own, operate, are employed by, or have decision-making authority over. Franchisors may not refer franchisees. Referrers cannot refer immediate family members living within the same household. Shifty reserves the right to validate whether a Referrer is eligible to participate pursuant to the foregoing at the time of the referral. Referrers cannot refer the same new customer more than once in a 180-day period for any and all referral programs run by Shifty. In the event of duplicate referral submissions (from the same or multiple Referrers), the first submission will be accepted, and subsequent submissions disqualified. Shifty reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine the original lead source of a submission.
Rewards will be provided in the form of an Amazon gift card and are subject to local, state, provincial, and federal taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient of the Reward (i.e., the Referrer). A $150 Amazon gift card is awarded on a per location basis for new customers (i.e., a new customer signs up 1 location with Shifty and the Referrer receives a $150 Amazon gift card Reward. If a new customer signs up 3 locations with Shifty, the Referrer receives a $450 Amazon gift card Reward.)
Subject to the foregoing, there is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can submit or receive, while the Program is effective. For the avoidance of doubt, if Referrer submits a new customer to more than one Shifty referral program, the Referrer will receive a reward only under the first of the Shifty referral programs in which the submission was made.
Shifty reserves the right to modify these Terms or terminate the Program at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice. Shifty’s decision with respect to all aspects of the Program is final and binding.
