How many team members can I have on my account?
Unlimited! The pricing is not based on number of users. Shifty allows you to add an unlimited number of employees on your account.
How does implementation work?
Implementation is easy and completely free! It's designed to make your experience seamless from the start. Our team will handle everything, including uploading your menu, adding allergen and dietary tags, formatting flashcards, and creating custom training shifts tailored to your needs. We also provide management training and staff onboarding assistance to ensure your team is set up for success. Our goal is to make the transition to Shifty smooth and efficient, so you can focus on what you do best—running your restaurant!
How do I cancel my Shifty subscription?
Easy! Just let us know you want to cancel and you'll be able to continue use until the end of that billing cycle. We really hope you don't though.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features and all data associated with those features.
