How many team members can I have on my account?
Unlimited! The pricing is not based on number of users. Shifty allows you to add an unlimited number of employees on your account.
How does implementation work?
Implementation is fast, hands-on, and designed to keep the efforts from your team minimal. Our team handles the heavy lifting, including menu setup, allergen and dietary tagging, flashcard formatting, and custom training shift creation. We also offer packages for management training and staff onboarding to help you launch quickly and smoothly.
How do I cancel my Shifty subscription?
Easy! Just let us know you want to cancel and you'll be able to continue use until the end of that billing cycle. We really hope you don't though.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features and all data associated with those features.
