How many team members can I have on my account?
Unlimited! The pricing is not based on number of users. Shifty allows you to add an unlimited number of employees on your account.
How does implementation work?
Implementation is easy! You have options. You can opt to use the built-in, intuitive onboarding wizard or you can choose from one of our implementation packages. Shifty comes pre-loaded with five standard training shifts that have universal checklist items. You'll find decades of experience-based pearls of restaurant wisdom built right in; that you can choose to use, edit or delete. This content will allows you to begin training right out of the gate.
How do I cancel my Shifty subscription?
Easy! Just let us know you want to cancel and you'll be able to continue use until the end of that billing cycle. We really hope you don't though.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features and all data associated with those features.
